Curtis brings a wealth of experience to the Solid State Operations Inc. organization. In his role as Chief Partner Success Officer, he has focused on the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service organization, helping to build the essential Contact Center and Adjudication Services businesses for the company’s clients. Prior to joining Solid State Operations, Curtis served as the Director of Customer Experience at AlertSense, Inc., now KONEXUS, Inc., where his responsibilities included developing and managing customer experience strategy, and the onboarding and training of employees. At Hewlett-Packard he served as the lead Software Deployment Engineer for the HP Indigo division, creating and executing detailed solution deployment plans for strategic customers. Curtis earned the Master Technologist designation based on his ability to plan, execute, and optimize solution deployments, and to prepare other technologists to do the same.
Curtis has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University, is a 20-year USAF and Idaho National Guard Veteran. In his free time as an avid wave rider, he has experienced both Oceanside/Carlsbad, California, and Kihei, Maui—“The two absolute favorite vacation destinations for me! I simply can’t get enough of boogie-boarding the waves in Maui!”
